No — CampPing only notifies you when a spot becomes available. You'll still need to book directly through BC Parks.

How do date ranges and notifications work?

When you create a scan, you can choose how CampPing checks availability:• Exact dates → You'll only get notified if the full stay (all nights in the range) opens.• Weekends only → CampPing checks for Friday + Saturday nights within your range.

Can I create multiple scans at once?

Yes. With paid plans you can set up multiple date ranges for the same campground in one go. You can also watch multiple campgrounds — just create a separate scan for each one.

Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. Scans will continue to run until the end of your billing period.

Yes. Payments are processed securely with Stripe, and CampPing never stores your card details.

How early can I make a reservation?

Reservations open 4 months before your desired arrival date and become available at 7 am PT daily.

What's the maximum length of stay allowed by BC Parks?

Accepted Answer

You may book a maximum of 14 nights per park per calendar year. Exceptions: 7 nights per year at sẁiẁs (Haynes Point) and Porteau Cove.
